The winter wave calls us to love life, we invite you to Global Humanitarian Agreement
#SOMOSGÉNESIS (#WEAREGENESIS)
We are here leading life with all its complexities, now in the midst of this winter wave, which is affecting us strongly, changes that we hope will lead us all, in personal changes, family and organizational that we must realize to achieve a better country and a better humanity.
Let us listen to life in the midst of this heartbreaking situation that we are living. Let’s stop for their lives, for their families, for ours owns ones, for the country and for humanity. Today again we invite you to build from now, humanitarian solutions and comprehensive peace in the face of what we are living and those who live. We fully understand that many of you are in arms because of the lack of work, the lack of compliance and the killings given in the middle of Law 975; also, those who return to arms because of the violations and killings in the Peace Agreement of 2016. We recognize that many did not sign the recent Accords because they did not trust the State’s compliance.
We understand that many serve to the country in the Public Forces also for unmet needs. All of you like us are part of this country. Our rural, peasant, Afro-descendant, indigenous origin is part of our identities, as are our ancestral histories of violence.
Today we want to invite you again to stop their violence, only to give an armed response, if another group attacks you. If everyone stops their violence in the face of the crisis created by the pandemic and now the climate crisis, for at least three months from 1 December, we can begin to respond to the two situations we are suffering.
This would be the beginning of a Global Humanitarian Agreement, AHG.

Stop hostilities between all those armed. Their lives and ours are protected. Force will only be used against another armed group, if you are attacked.
2. For actions against the civilian population. Cessation of attacks on life against any person in the communities whom they conceive as an armed enemy, so that our communities develop our mechanisms of self-protection and evaluation of the situation in community justice.
3. Abstain from being present in our family and community life spaces such as hamlets, schools, market places.
4. Cease the recruitment of girls and boys in any role within their military organizational process.
5. Take measures within their ranks to prevent COVID19.
